MACHINERY EQUIPMENT

Minh Khoi possesses various modern production lines imported from Europe as well as systems of supporting machinery for quality monitoring and testing.

Culvert making machine with German Vibro – Compaction and Pressing technology: produces pipe culverts with diameter ranging from 800 mm to 2000 mm and box culverts with sizes ranging from 1000 mm to 3000 mm (JUMBO).

Culvert making machine with Italian Vibro – Compaction and Pressing technology: produces pipe culverts with diameter ranging from 300 mm to 2000 mm (COLLE).

Automatic culvert making machine with German Radial Pressing technology: produces pipe culverts with diameter ranging from 300 mm to 1500 mm (SCHLOSSER PFEIFFER).

Culvert making machine with Centrifugal Rotating technology: produces culverts with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 2000 mm. Capacity: 800 products/day.

Vibro-Compaction and Pressing Platform: produces square box culverts with dimensions up to [3000 x 3000] mm; Rectangular box culverts and double box culverts with dimensions up to [2500 x 3000] mm.

Pipe cradle making machine with Vibro-Compaction and Pressing technology: cradles are formed by the Vibration Press machine with accurate dimensions, well-defined edges, and high output.

Automatic cage welding machine (for pipe culverts) and mesh welding machine (for box culverts and shaped steel meshes).

Concrete batching plant with a total capacity of 50m3/h.

Laboratory with specialized machinery and equipment for culvert testing.

Electro-mechanical enterprise with mechanical machinery for mold repair and manufacturing.
